REFUND POLICY

We have a 3-day refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your service to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your service must be not match with the service that you requested. You’ll also need a document or proof of payment.

To start a refund request, you can contact us at support@brbfirm.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you an email to let you know.

Exceptions / non-refundable services
Certain types of services cannot be refunded, like immigration services (such as I-30 application, Employment Authorization, or Asylum application…), custom services (such as special orders or personalized services), and personal care.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund on Tax services.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to provide you a credit for your money, and once the credit is accepted, you will have 30 days use it for a separate service.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
